Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

All plans include a 14-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable. If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.

3. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of payment are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds are issued for annual plans. You will retain access until the end of the annual period.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances such as extended service outages (more than 24 consecutive hours) or duplicate charges. Contact us within 30 days of the charge to request a review.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email billing@ifixbs.com with your account email, the charge date, and the reason for your request. We respond within 3 business days.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
