1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using iFix Business Solutions ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
iFix Business Solutions provides cloud-based software products for businesses including hospitality management (HOP), lending management (Sistema de Préstamos), property management, and related tools. Services are provided on a subscription basis.
3. Subscriptions and Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our payment provider. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Subscription fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
4. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No payment information is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You may not use the Service to store or transmit illegal content, violate third-party rights, or interfere with the operation of the Service.
6. Data and Privacy
Your data belongs to you. We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. We do not sell your data to third parties.
7. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, which we will announce in advance when possible. Planned downtime will not count against uptime commitments.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days.
9. Limitation of Liability
iFix Business Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
